As you are aware, Mike renovated our downstairs bathroom. He did a top notch job and I couldn't be more pleased.
Mike was here every day as scheduled. He is the most pleasant person I have ever had work in my home. He is friendly, extremely conscientious, and highly trustworthy.
I felt so comfortable with him that I left the door open for him and had him lock up one night when I had to leave for an appointment....
Mike did the most amazing work on my bathroom. He was extremely thorough in finding serious plumbing problems, bringing them to my attention and advising regarding my options for repair. I was able to watch the entire process of demolishing and rebuilding my bathroom. I saw the quality work he did when he installed new pipes, laid a new floor over the damaged area under the tub, installed the Durorock on the walls and floor, and installed the fixtures and tile. The tile work is meticulous - he did a beautiful job of grouting the tile on the floor and the walls. He also did a great job of painting the bathroom.
I really enjoyed working with Mike - I hope you know what an asset he is to your company!
Lest I forget to mention some of your other folks - let me just say how pleasant it was to hear from Deborah and Mary in the mornings. They called every day to let me know who to expect and when. I particularly enjoyed chatting with Deborah about our cats and my upcoming move. They are both delightful ladies.
Additionally, I was pleased with how quickly another part of my project was handled. I apologize, but I cannot recall at the moment the name of the nice man who braved the pigeons roosting under my eaves to repair the area where teh siding had fallen away! You have some daredevils amongst your crew - there is no way I would have climbed that high to do that kind of work - and particularly with the prospect of facing those 'rats with wings.'
My point with this letter is to let you know what a fine bunch of folks you have in your organization and what a stress free, pleasant experience it was working with all of them. It is also obvious that they enjoy working with one another. I commend them on developing and maintaining the camaraderie and teamwork that results in quality work and complete satisfaction for your customers.
You'll notice I am copying this letter to the Better Business Bureau. I think it is important to let the folks there know when companies meet and exceed their customer's expectations.
